DI LENARDO Friuli
Di Lenardo are recognized as being one of the most technologically advanced and best value wine producers in Grave region. Since 1987 they have vinified exclusively their own, hand harvested, grapes from 41 hectares of vines. These are planted at between 4,500 and 6,500 plants per hectare and with very limited yields. The white wine musts are subjected to hyper-oxygenation, which enables the wines to be released a little earlier than normal, and helps preserve freshness and minimize further oxidative attacks. The wines are very concentrated and show beautiful aromatics and elegant structure. Across the range, quality is exceptionally high and the wines are fantastic value.
